School Gateway
School Gateway is an online system that allows parents to access various services such as ordering school meals, making payments and booking After School Club anytime and anywhere.
To be kept up to date with events, information and school closures (Snow Days) you need to be registered on our School Gateway service, please ensure you are using the same information as on our system. This service also allows you to pay for dinner money and trips. If you don’t have access to the internet but have a mobile phone you can still register, please contact the School Office for more details. Also if you have more than one child in our school, please register all your children and link them together.
You can access School Gateway via the app or website and each service available to you is shown in a list for you to choose from.
Two-way messaging through the app
You can use School Gateway to send and receive messages free of charge.
It also makes it easier for school to confirm messages have been received and you can reply right away through the app.
Book school meals, trips and club sessions
View school meals, trips and clubs, check available sessions on a calendar and book the sessions you want.
You can also view upcoming school trips and secure your child’s place.
Cashless payments
You will use School Gateway to pay for school dinners, clubs, trips, uniform and more.
This means you won’t have to queue up at the school office or send your children into school with cash envelopes to pay for trips.
Track your payment history and receive either digital or printed receipts from your school.
School Gateway also makes paying for school items easier and more flexible for parents and reduces the amount of cash being carried by children on school premises. We would encourage you to use it as part of our move towards becoming a cashless school.
Not used School Gateway before?
Activating your School Gateway account is quick and easy to do. All you need are your email address and mobile number that school holds on record for you.
