At Swallow Dell we strive to deliver the very best education for our children. In order to achieve this we expect every member of staff to be a reflective practitioner and be passionate about working with children.
Our ethos and approach to education is built around doing all we can to ensure children make excellent progress in their learning and fulfil their academic potential. In order achieve our vision, we deliver a purpose built curriculum that is constantly being refined using teaching approaches that are research based and best practise.
