The Link
“The Link”, at Swallow Dell, is a 12-place Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for children with ASD and speech and language communication difficulties and co-existing learning difficulties.
Children meeting the Local Authority requirement criteria, access specialist level support and resourcing, while maintaining a link to their classroom in the mainstream part of the school. They access the classroom provision for as much time as is possible for them - depending on their individual needs and preferences.
Applications for places are made via the local authority channel for accessing specialist provision – they must have an EHCP at specialist+ level funding. Swallow Dell does not admit children internally.

Please complete the JotForm here to book onto the tour: The Link (SRP) Tour Booking FormDue to recommendations from other schools in the area, the local authority, and our own reputation, all of our internal alternative provisions are currently oversubscribed, and we are reluctantly having to reject applications for children who require IAP, as we cannot safely accommodate them.
We are trying to secure local authority funding to expand our provisions, but this is currently not yet forthcoming. – This message is updated termly.
