Welcome to Swallow Dell Primary School and Nursery. I hope that our website will give you an insight into the way we work and provide you with the information you need, but please feel free to get in touch if you have additional questions.

My name is James Berry and I have the pleasure and privilege of leading Swallow Dell Primary and Nursery School as Headteacher. Swallow Dell is fortunate to have a fantastic team of dedicated staff who go above and beyond to support all children to be happy and successful learners.

We are a two-form entry school, housed in two separate buildings. We have a 30-place morning Nursery on site (and an offer of 30 hour provision) and we have some of the best school grounds of any primary school.

We fully understand the importance of positive home-school partnerships and we are committed to working with you to ensure your child achieves their full potential.  Working together, we are confident that when your child leaves Swallow Dell they will be well equipped to continue their learning journey and take their place as a well-rounded individual, who can play an active and full part in the society in which they live.
